Is bleeding for a few hours after sex a really bad thing?

I have sex with my boyfriend usually once a day. I take an oral contraceptive and have not made in changes with anything lately. However today after we had sex I noticed a lot of blood. It's been 5 hours now and I am still bleeding from deep within my vagina. I had my period about 9 days ago and it doesn't appear to be menstrual blood. It looks a different color. If anyone could help me out with some advice it would be most appreciated.

If it was your first time then I guess you could expect some blood. But if you've been sexually active for a while and your bleeding idk. Wait it out a few days and if yoiur still bleeding see your doctor.
