Question by Gena r: i feel crazy from the way he's treated me? Please help?

hi first let me just say i am in counseling for this but it's been a bad day and i need some help right now....

let's make this as short as possible:

bad relationship no commitment, he lied and cheated for 3 1/2 yrs. and never would be a real boyfriend

he drinks and texts me late at night when he's drunk begging me to be with him and telling me he loves me.

i did care about him even though we have fought most of the time i've known him

he;s left me a 22 yr. old girl who he says he values, she is nice to him, she's attractive and thinks he's a kind man with a good heart

nonetheless he has been texting me for 3 days trying to get my attention and telling me i am the most wonderful woman he has ever

i am so agnry, he has a girlfriend and he is doing this

i am so hurt he has a girlfriend and just wants to have sex with me and run back to her

i feel so sick inside, i have texted him all day telling how sick he has made me and why i am messed up in the head form all this

he now says i'm crazy after saying i'm the best...

how can i get through this night?? i feel sad, want to die, dumped, hurt, messed up really bad

is there anything you can say to help me???
please don't be awful. i know it's tempting, but i'm seriously hurting right now

i want to be free from him, but it isn't happening.

turn off the phone. He is attempting to control you. draw u back into a situation u are coming out of. do not let this happen. if u have sex with him, u will start back feeling the emotions u did before u left. stop it now. turn it off and do not look back.
